THE ROLE

To support our Group's growth, we are looking for organized, agile and committed internal consultants, capable of bringing a strategic perspective and delivering tangible impact to the Group's leadership.

As a member of the CMA Conseil team, you will contribute to high-visibility strategic consulting engagements, directly in support of the Group's leadership. You will work in small teams on projects lasting from a few weeks to several months, spanning all of the Group's business lines and geographies.

Within the PMI unit, you will support the Group and its Business Units in making external growth operations a success — from due diligence through post-acquisition integration — by structuring integration plans, helping teams deliver on identified synergies, and anticipating risks and contingency plans

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Analyze key integration challenges and risks
  • Contribute to the assessment of integration plans and identified synergies
  • Contribute to the preparation of integration roadmaps

2. Contribute to steering integration programs

  • Participate in structuring and monitoring integration programs
  • Track workstreams, actions, responsibilities and milestones
  • Prepare governance and steering materials
  • Coordinate contributions from Group teams, Business Units, support functions and local teams
  • Identify points of attention and contribute to their resolution
  • Prepare progress reports for sponsors and management

3. Support the capture and securing of synergies

  • Contribute to the identification and quantification of synergies
  • Help Business Units translate synergies into concrete action plans
  • Track realized gains vs. business case
  • Identify gaps and risks related to synergies
  • Contribute to the definition of contingency plans and corrective actions

4. Contribute to the Group's PMI methodology

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of CMA Conseil's PMI playbook
  • Produce and maintain PMI tools, templates and KPIs
  • Capture and leverage lessons learned from integration engagements
  • Contribute to the formalization of PMI best practices

5. Support the teams

  • Participate in discussions with the teams of acquired companies
  • Facilitate coordination between Group and local teams
  • Support operational teams in tracking their integration plans
  • Prepare the analyses and materials required for decision-making
  • Contribute to resolving operational issues encountered during the integration

6. Contribute to CMA Conseil engagements

  • Contribute to due diligence, business planning, operating model and transformation engagements
  • Participate in the development of CMA Conseil's PMI offering
  • Capture and leverage lessons learned from engagements
  • Share PMI methods and best practices within the team.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3–6 years of experience, ideally in strategy/management consulting, M&A, transformation, or a corporate environment
  • Prior experience in PMI, M&A, transformation, or complex project management
  • Strong analytical and structuring capabilities
  • Ability to manage several topics in parallel and work with a wide range of stakeholders
