Group Booking Support & Operational Coordination
You will support the management of group bookings of all types aross markets. You will assist in the booking process, including cabin allocation and the organization of ancillary services such as excursions, transfers, onboard services, and activities. You will help maintain accurate records and support coordination with relevant departments, contributing to the efficient handling of group reservations.
Client Support, Customization & Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will provide support to group organizers by assisting with inquiries and helping resolve issues throughout the booking process. You will collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Revenue Management, Tour Operations, Inventory Control, Ticketing, and Customer Service, supporting communication and alignment on group requirements. You will also assist in customization of onboard experiences, including dining arrangements, entertainment, excursions, and special requests.
Administrative Support & Communication
You will support the administrative management of group bookings, including contracts, pro-forma invoices, payments, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper tracking. You will contribute to maintaining clear and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Your attention to detail will help ensure documentation is updated and deadlines are respected.
