About the role:

We are seeking a proactive Group Revenue Operations Manager, with a strong sense of commercial acumen, to join the Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) finance team for a for a full time 14-month maternity leave cover on a fixed term contract. Reporting to the CFO, the main function of the role as Group Revenue Operations Manager is to ensure all revenue bookings and sales are processed in a timely and efficient manner, debtors are managed ensuring positive cashflow outcomes for the business and the sales division is give information and strategies to achieve their targets. In addition, you will also be involved in the below tasks.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure all client and agency details provided are accurate;
  • Oversee invoicing and revenue splits in line with recognition processes;
  • Ensure bookings are processed within internal deadlines and appropriate daily and weekly reports are updated;
  • Oversee weekly sales reporting cycle;
  • Cash receipting and bank reconciliations are performed with a high level of accuracy;
  • Manage the debt collection cycle ensuring aged debt stays within acceptable levels;
  • Develop strategies to collect overdue debt and manage the process end to end;
  • Develop pricing strategies, revenue models, and revenue related efficient practices to boost gross margins and minimise related overheads;
  • Driving sales outcomes through enhanced sales accountability and growth initiatives that align with SEN’s overall objective.
