Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• 5 years of experience in people management, with experience in technical leadership.

Preferred qualifications

• 12 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading and launching large-scale product portfolios in the AI/ML or Generative AI space.
• Experience building and scaling 0-to-1 products in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment, with a history of driving significant organizational and business impact.
• Deep technical expertise in architecting agentic AI products, with the ability to guide engineering teams through complex architectural trade-offs.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to navigate matrixed organizations, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, and influence VP-level stakeholders and external partners.

In this role, you will be a product leader who defines and drives the AI product strategy for Google Partner Innovation. You will lead a team of product managers and designers to steer a portfolio of cutting-edge AI products that showcase the best of Google's AI capabilities, acting as a strategic bridge between foundational research and market-defining commercial applications. You will forge executive-level partnerships across DeepMind, Core ML, and global engineering teams to transform research breakthroughs into scalable, user-centric solutions. You will own the strategic direction of the product lifecycle across multiple initiatives, empowering cross-functional teams to bring groundbreaking AI solutions to market. You will require a profound technical background in modern AI architectures and the ability to influence highly complex technical and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year strategic product goal for Google Partner Innovation, identifying disruptive, high-impact AI product opportunities within complex consumer and partner ecosystems.
• Drive seamless operational and commercial synergy with the Office of the APAC RVP team, ensuring unified delivery across strategic partner bets, cross-solution projects, and emerging business models.
• Forge strategic alignment across executive leadership in DeepMind, Core ML, and other engineering teams to transition foundational AI research into market-ready products.
• Direct the overarching product development lifecycle for a portfolio of AI initiatives, establishing frameworks for rapid prototyping, evaluation, and iteration to ensure exceptional delivery.
• Cultivate deep partnerships with Product Alliance Managers and Business Leaders to construct compelling go-to-market strategies and narratives that highlight the transformative value of Google's AI solutions.
