Job Description

Millions of businesses rely on QuickBooks to manage the financial workflows at the heart of their operations - from accounting and cash flow to payroll and payments, and make better business decisions. As their businesses grow and their needs evolve, helping them discover the right capabilities, products, and services becomes essential to delivering greater value. Done well, product recommendations can provide timely, relevant guidance that helps customers solve important problems, get more from QuickBooks, and make confident decisions for their businesses.

We are seeking a seasoned Group Product Manager to lead AI-powered Product Recommendations across QuickBooks. This leader will define the product vision and strategy for how customers discover and adopt the next best value across the Intuit ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of AI and machine learning, customer experience, platform capabilities, and sustainable business growth.

You will lead and develop a team of product managers and work closely with engineering, data science, design, research, analytics, marketing, and business leaders across GBSG. You will bring teams together around a shared vision, translate complex customer and business needs into a clear product strategy, and drive execution across multiple products, experiences, and organizational boundaries.

The ideal candidate combines strong consumer product judgment, deep fluency in AI and machine learning, platform and systems thinking, and proven organizational leadership. You understand how to create relevant, trusted customer experiences while delivering measurable improvements in adoption, retention, and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered Product Recommendations across QuickBooks.
  • Lead a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, setting priorities and making investment and resource tradeoffs across teams.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to build scalable solutions that deliver timely, contextual, and relevant product recommendations. Use customer insights, data, and experimentation to improve recommendation relevance, usefulness, and trust.
  • Own customer and business outcomes across adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, and experience quality.
  • Align leaders and teams across the organization around shared priorities, platform capabilities, and measures of success. Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive decisions, remove barriers, and deliver results.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including experience leading and developing product managers.
  • Proven success building and scaling consumer- or small business-facing products with measurable customer and business impact.
  • Experience defining and executing complex product strategies across multiple teams, products, or business units.
  • Strong AI and machine learning fluency, with experience delivering products involving recommendations, personalization, ranking, or intelligent decisioning.
  • Ability to partner deeply with engineering and data science leaders on architecture, data, model performance, experimentation, and product tradeoffs.
  • Exceptional product judgment, customer empathy, and systems thinking, with a track record of turning complex problems into simple, trusted experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, align teams across a large, complex organization, and drive execution through ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences.
