Job Description

One of America's largest retailers is seeking a Group Product Manager to to lead their digital transformation initiatives. This strategic role will oversee a team of product managers and owners responsible for revolutionizing the online shopping experience.


As Group Product Manager, you'll architect the future of digital retail by leading our customer-facing platforms and experiences. In this pivotal role, you'll drive innovation across multiple digital touchpoints while orchestrating collaboration between marketing, design, engineering, and business teams. Your vision will shape how customers discover, engage with, and purchase products through our digital channels, ultimately delivering seamless, intuitive experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital transformation journey while leading initiatives that directly influence the company's success in the e-commerce landscape.

Note: Candidates based in Chicago will have the option to work from either Chicago or Lincolnshire headquarters, with a hybrid work schedule of two to three days per week in the office. (Option for remote work for candidates out-of-state.)

  • Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams

  • Champion voice-of-customer in product development
  • Leverage data analytics for decision-making

  • Define and track critical KPIs

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 7+ years in product management
  • 3+ years leading product teams
  • Proven success in e-commerce and digital retail
  • Track record of launching successful digital products

Essential Skills

Education
