This position is a critical part of the U.S.Lungmarketing team.The GPD, Professional Marketing, willbe responsible forleading a team accountable for the development and execution of the U.S. professional marketing strategies This role willfunction asa leader on theLungmarketing team and will report directly to theDirector of Marketing The GPD will be responsible for the leadership of direct reports and must work closely with multiple functions includingSales,Business Analytics, Sales Training,Portfolio Strategy & ExecutionMarketing, Finance, Medical Affairs, Real World Value & Evidence,Strategic Customer Group,CorporateCommunications,and outside vendorstoeffectively execute key commercial activities. In addition, this GPD will alsocollaborateclosely with the leaders across the Lung portfolio

Responsibilitiesinclude but limited to

  • Lead development ofshort- and long-termprofessional marketing strategies and tacticsforRYBREVANTFasproandLAZCLUZE® therapy,establishingit as 1L treatment inEGFR positivemNSCLC, Exon 19 deletion and L858R substitution Set clearstrategytooptimizeexecution.

  • Deliverenhanced, simple &competitivemessagingto drive faster 1L adoption of our regime

  • Lead, partner, share insights withbusinesspartners to ensure strong collaboration and ideation to develop and execute assets based on key insights.

  • Manage professionalagency of recordand other specialty agencies to implement HCP tacticsand training

  • Leada competitivemedia&digital strategy and asset creation for HCP audience, inclusive ofsetting a new standard inevolving ourMarketing ways of working,aligned with “ai” driven capabilities

  • Manage budget, including all aspects of agency and mediaspend

  • Partner with market research, competitiveintelligence,and analytics to deepen key insights for the brand, market &current/futureindications

  • Play a meaningful role partnering with cross functional partners including Global, US Medical Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Sales Leadership, Finance, Oncology Franchise marketing andagencypartners to develop professional marketing plans and tactics for the U.S. business.

  • Coordinate promotional activities withsales leadershipand deliver strategic content for field meetings. 

  • Partner with Sales Training on product training requirements and execution to the field. 

  • Supports franchiseteamcross-functional initiatives, including but not limited to agilemarketing.

  • Partner with legal, medical, regulatory & HCC to support team in approval of marketing materials.

  • Oversee tactical execution of direct reports; Provide coaching, development, and day-to-day management of direct reports.

  • Develop,retain,and motivate directreports.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of aBA/BSrequired; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum8yearsbusiness experience isrequired(e.g.,Sales, Marketing, Management,etc.) of which3yearsdemonstratedmarketing experience and proven performance isrequired

  • Demonstrated in-line marketing experience and successisrequired

  • ProstateOncology experiencepreferred.

  • Demonstratedpeoplemanagement experience isrequired

  • Salesand/or Sales leadership experience is preferred.

  • Mustdemonstrateexcellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategicallyand challenge the status quo.

  • Strong verbal,writtenand executive communication skills arerequiredalong withdemonstratedpresentation skills.

  • Experience building team AI literacy and confidence, reinforcing trusted and responsible AI use and sound judgment is preferred.

  • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time is preferred.
