Work with the Group Payroll Systems Analysts & PayGlobal System Analysts to implement changes, ensuring that:
In addition to the above you will:
Work with the Group Payroll Systems Analysts, scope out requirements for payroll system changes requested by either the business or the payroll team. Changes could be related to Enterprise agreement changes, new acquisitions or system enhancements and legislation changes.
Work to gain a full understanding of collective, enterprise and individual employment agreements to be able to provide support to the wider payroll team, with queries relating to PayGlobal system set up, particularly in relation to award and payroll rule set up.

We're looking for someone with:
Preferred minimum of three years’ experience processing payroll for > 500 employees.
Expert knowledge of New Zealand Collective Agreements and/or Australian Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
Experience using PayGlobal is preferred.
Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Sound understanding of payroll processes.
Previous experience creating effective payroll related documentation.
