The Group Medicare Communications Professional 2 collaborates with internal and external parties to produce standard and customized print materials for Group Medicare employer audiences. Works assignments that are varied in nature and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Group Medicare Communications Professional 2 works with internal and external partners to define print material strategy and objectives for each Group Medicare employer.

Required Qualifications
2+ Years experience working with external partners and leading meetings with external partners
2+ Years experience with printed communications, proofreading, and/or graphic design
Provide internal and external guidance; influence outcomes
Excellence in verbal and written communications
Advanced grammar skills
Have strong attention-to-detail
Superior time management behaviors and the ability to meet complex deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Humana Group Medicare experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Pro

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$59,300 - $80,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
