Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving successful product development and fostering team growth. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Management, Architecture, and Stakeholders), ensure alignment with business objectives, and support the adoption of modern software development practices, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of leading software-enabled product development from concept to release, but also coaching and developing team members to achieve their best potential.
We’ll look to you for:
Leading the development of software-enabled products across their full lifecycle
Collaborating with Product Management and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps
Translating product requirements into clear technical and delivery objectives
Promoting best practices in product development, reuse, and continuous improvement
Managing multiple software development teams or squads
Driving the adoption of modern software development practices (Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, quality by design)
Coaching and developing team members through feedback and career development plans
Fostering an inclusive and high-performance team environment
Identifying skill gaps and creating training and upskilling plans in collaboration with HR

Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience or understanding of software development lifecycle and modern practices (Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD)
Knowledge of product development and roadmap planning
Familiarity with coaching and developing diverse teams
A project management or Agile certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to foster an inclusive and high-performance team culture
