Candidate should have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on Successfactor Time and Time-off module and relevant SAP certification. Should be able to understand and configure time evaluation/Time-off setup. Knowledge on EC is desirable.

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong background in Employee Central (EC) and Time Tracking to lead implementations, optimizations, and support activities. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience in configuring HR modules, managing data migrations, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking modules.

Business Process Mapping: Work closely with stakeholders to translate HR business requirements into technical specifications.

Configuration & Customization: Manage Foundation Objects, MDF objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

Time Management Excellence: Configure Time Sheets, Time Accounts, Work Schedules, and complex holiday calendars within the Time Tracking module.

Support & Maintenance: Act as the subject matter expert for troubleshooting system issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes.

Data Migration: Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from SuccessFactors.

Release Management: Manage semi-annual SAP SuccessFactors releases, evaluating new features and assessing their impact on existing configurations.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Core Expertise: Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least 2–3 full life-cycle implementations of Employee Central and Time Tracking.

Module Specialization:

Employee Central: Deep knowledge of Position Management, Global Assignments, and Concurrent Employment.

Time Tracking: Expertise in Time Sheet valuation, Clock In/Out integration, and attendance management.

Integration Knowledge: Understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and API-based data exchanges is highly preferred.

Certifications: Valid SAP SuccessFactors Associate/Professional certifications in Employee Central and Time Tracking are a significant plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Professional Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on HR digital transformation.

Ability to manage multiple project streams and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global application teams and senior leadership.

Experience in post-merger system integrations or large-scale HR IT migrations is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, or Performance & Goals).

Knowledge of localizations for global deployments (e.g., India, EMEA, or North America).
