Who We Serve
Intuit uses technology to solve our customers' most important problems: putting more money in their pockets, eliminating unnecessary work and complexity, and helping them make financial decisions with confidence. Our flagship products reflect our commitment to transforming how people manage their finances, run small businesses, and pay employees. Small businesses are the engine of the economy. In the U.S. they employ 60% of the workforce and create 80% of new jobs, yet most face long odds. Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) exists to change those odds, giving small businesses the tools and confidence to manage their money, run their operations, and grow. It is Intuit's largest, most established business, and one of its fastest moving.
This role will lead the Customer Intelligence team, which sits in Strategy & Business Operations Org and acts as the strategic signal layer for QuickBooks. We marry disparate insights and data sources — primary research, voice of customer, behavioral and profiling data, industry intelligence — into customer-driven stories that shape where QuickBooks invests. As Group Manager, you'll lead the team to be insights thought partners to VP leaders across our highest-priority bets in the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG), especially our Small Business Group (SBG). You’ll guide the end-to-end learning and measurement plans that fuel our strategy and synthesize the collective insights signal into what performance is telling us and where the biggest opportunities sit. You'll partner closely with Business Operations to embed that signal into initiative operating rhythms so that prioritization and course-correction are grounded in holistic customer truth.
In this role, you'll personally lead high-visibility strategy projects and oversee many others — framing problems, pressure-testing analysis, and shaping the narrative with leaders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. We're looking for a strategist with strong insights craft who can coach a team to be hypothesis-driven, structured, opinionated, and relentlessly focused on the decision at hand. If you've ever been frustrated that great customer insight didn't change anything, this is the role where changing something is the job. We're expecting you to not only understand and unpack the insights, but also be a critical partner to the business and have a real recommendation on how we action.
