The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded and solution-oriented Group Legal Counsel to join Enea's Legal team. The role is primarily focused on supporting Enea's global commercial operations, with a particular emphasis on software, SaaS and other technology-related agreements. You will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, providing practical and business-focused legal advice.

This is a broad, hands-on role offering close collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders in a global technology company. This role reports to the General Counsel.

What You Will Do

As Group Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the drafting, review, negotiation and execution of complex technology agreements.
• Act as a trusted legal advisor to Sales, Product, Management and other business stakeholders, providing practical advice that balances legal risk and commercial objectives.
• Provide legal support across a broad range of commercial, regulatory, compliance and corporate matters.
• Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments relevant to Enea's business.
• Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of legal templates, playbooks, processes, ways of working and knowledge-sharing across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

We believe you will bring:

• A law degree from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, including at least 2 years working in-house at a technology company.
• Significant experience independently drafting, negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements.
• Strong business acumen.
• Professional fluency in English.

The following would be considered an advantage:

• Knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity, AI and sanctions laws.
• Experience working in a publicly listed company.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions.
• Experience from a leading law firm.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
