Your Key Responsibilities

• Implement maintenance and repair standards and processes, plan, direct and coordinate all tool service activities, for the assigned organizational unit, including management of related administration and logistic workflow.
• Define or implement policies, guidelines, processes, procedures, methods and/or tools for own area of responsibility.
• Plan and propose repair budgets and define and allocate respective resources.
• Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.
• Manage cooperation with tool suppliers or service providers and monitor the achievement of agreed service level standards.
• Initiate and design training programs for repair personnel.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in an engineering related field

OR

• High School diploma and Journeyman certification or Associates degree
• 5 to 10 years experience
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
