Job Description

• Supervise and oversee the inbound receiving operations in the receiving department to ensure that all incoming products are received accurately and efficiently.
• Supervise and oversee the material warehouse, equipment, processes, storage, and preparation for distribution to all relevant production and related units, including material and equipment management in the warehouse, to ensure that all processes are efficient.
• Plan the process of receiving, storing, maintaining, preparing, and delivering production supplies, equipment, chemical accurately according to the schedules and plans of the production and support
• Inventory Control: Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts or cycle counts, and reconciling any discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Supervise and control the management of storage space efficiently to facilitate smooth movement of production supplies, equipment, chemical from receiving to storage and accurate and fast distribution.
• Preparation and planning for purchasing and scheduling delivery of production supplies to support production.
• Monitor and review stock supply levels (Min-Max) to ensure alignment with production consumption.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure the work is achieve as planned
• Improve work processes for efficiency, in order to support KPIs in the respective areas of responsibility to align with the defined objectives, as well as to be in line with the company's goals and policies.
• Follow proper handling and disposal procedures for expired or damaged materials
• Design and implement staffing strategies to ensure work force is flexible and can respond to variations in work flow.
• Monitor team performance and address gaps; prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports, share to team
• Work closely with other departments, such as production, support department and third party. Understanding how each department operates and collaborating on shared goals can streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Perform tasks as assigned by the manager
