Job Responsibilities:

Responsabilidades:Asegurar, coordinar, establecer, documentar e implementar los procesos necesarios para garantizar la calidad del producto y del proceso de acuerdo con los requerimientos del cliente, así como también coordinar las actividades del personal a su cargo para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la organización y del cliente. Liderar la comunicación con el cliente en los diferentes procesos de calidad como lo son reportes de calidad, presentación y aprobación de PPAP´s y requerimientos específicos. Escolaridad:Ingeniería – Titulado y con Cédula ProfesionalMaestría Deseable Requisitos:5 años o más en puestos similaresExperiencia en administración de personalInglés avanzado Conocimientos específicos:

  • Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQP Y AMEF)
  • Interpretación de Planos
  • Sistemas de Medición
  • Estándares de Calidad
  • Procedimiento de producto no conforme y material sospechoso
  • Soldadura básica
  • Conocimiento del producto
  • Requerimientos del cliente
  • Normas del cliente y Normas aplicables en la industria automotriz
  • Portales de cliente (Automotriz)
  • Control Dimensional
  • Métodos de Análisis de Solución de Problemas
  • Administración efectiva de equipos de trabajo
  • Negociación efectiva
