We are looking for a Group Leader IT Workplace Management to take end‑to‑end responsibility for our Group‑wide digital workplace, both physical and virtual. In this key leadership role, you will ensure that employees across all regions are equipped with secure, reliable, and user‑centric workplace services, while driving standardization, modernization, and cost efficiency.

This role sits at the intersection of employee experience, security & compliance, and operational excellence and plays a critical part in our ongoing digital transformation.

  • Define and execute the Group‑wide Workplace strategy and roadmap aligned with business and IT priorities
  • Own end‑to‑end workplace services, including endpoint lifecycle, OS & application management, and virtual desktops
  • Drive standardization and modernization of workplace platforms across regions and entities
  • Ensure high service quality and operational excellence through SLA/KPI management and proactive problem management
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management for the workplace domain
  • Implement and enforce workplace security baselines, compliance controls, and risk mitigation measures
  • Continuously improve end‑user experience through measurement, feedback, and adoption initiatives
  • Own workplace budget, cost optimization, and asset lifecycle governance
  • Manage and coordinate strategic vendors and service partners
  • Lead, develop, and grow a high‑performing workplace team (4–8 people)

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT workplace, endpoint management, or EUC, including leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing workplace services in large, distributed, or regulated environments
  • Strong expertise in endpoint management, OS and application lifecycle, and workplace security
  • Experience driving workplace modernization initiatives (e.g., zero-touch provisioning, OS migrations)
  • Solid understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-centric, pragmatic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
