Calling all future educators, coaches, mentors, and leaders!

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children? Whether you love sports, arts & crafts, STEM activities, homework help, or simply being a positive role model, we have an opportunity for you!

Our Assistant Group Leaders and Group Leaders help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children in our school-age before and after school programs. Staff lead games, facilitate hands-on activities, support homework time, and help children build friendships and confidence.

This is more than just a job. It's an opportunity to inspire young minds, develop leadership skills, and gain valuable experience in education, recreation, youth development, and childcare.

Available Hours

Before School Programs

  • Monday through Friday
  • Approximately 6:30/7:00 AM to 8:30 AM

After School Programs

  • Monday through Friday
  • Approximately 2:30 PM to 5:30/6:00 PM

Additional Opportunities

  • School vacation weeks
  • No-school days
  • Summer programming opportunities may be available

Pay Range

Group Leaders

  • $14 - $16 per hour

Assistant Group Leaders

  • $13-15

Qualifications

Group Leaders

Must be at least 17 years old and meet one of the following New Hampshire Child Care Licensing requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 3 college credits in Education or a related field; OR
  • Have at least 600 hours of experience working with children; OR
  • Have 5 years of parenting experience

Assistant Group Leaders

  • Must be at least 15 years old
  • Enjoy working with children
  • Be enthusiastic, dependable, and positive
  • Serve as a role model while assisting with daily activities and program operations

What You'll Do

  • Lead group games and enrichment activities
  • Assist with arts and crafts, STEM projects, and outdoor play
  • Support children's social and emotional development
  • Help with homework and academic enrichment
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
  • Work collaboratively with fellow staff and site leadership
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for children and families
