Experience

• Managing, coordinating, supervising team members
• Planning daily activities and delegating tasks
• Growing and developing of team members and performance management when required

• Worked in a Manufacturing Factory (not essential, but good to have)
The Group Leader is responsible for the operation of the shift, supporting the Production Manager with the day-to-day management of their manufacturing area, overseeing team members, and ensuring an efficient operation in achieving business targets.
A successful group leader will radiate confidence, inspire others, and be able to build professional relationships. Ideal candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and know how to effectively manage their time.
FoodFlo International Ltd is a confectionery manufacturing and wholesaling company, specialising in the manufacturing and development of confectionery inclusion products for other manufacturers to add to their products, enabling them to create exciting and innovative new ranges!
Our manufacturing plant is based in Pahiatua, New Zealand, and we have a warehouse in Melbourne where we stock our products for our Australian customers.
