Position Purpose

Oversee the Warehouse Operations and ensure that customer delivery requirements are met. Coordinating Team Leader activities, you’ll ensure that our Dealer Order deliveries are met. You’ll also make sure we implement a system of continued operational excellence, driving area, process, and quality improvements. Being mindful of Health and Safety issues and working to KPIs will be vital. You’ll create standardized work requirements and monitor Warehouse Operations driving Kaizen Improvements.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

Ensure compliance to all relevant Health and Safety concerns / incidents

Achieve Quality, Cost and Growth Targets, driving waste reduction opportunities

Ensure kitting process / carts have been created minimizing wrong parts taken to POF

Continuous improvement through the deployment of the JCB Production System (Kaizen activities, 5S, SOP adherence, etc).

Minimum Qualifications

3 years working in a kitting environment to support both 1 piece flow and batch builds

4 years in a supervisory role leading people on the floor

2 years’ experience of utilizing SAP in a materials role

Preferred Qualifications

4-year degree in business management or similar degree

Logistics experience supporting both international and domestic deliveries

WCM, Lean Manufacturing, a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Comfortable in an in-person office environment

Technical competence is a plus

Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level

Must have excellent follow-through skills

Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings

Must be open to domestic and international travel

Desire and proven ability to learn and grow

Job Conditions

Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment

Subject to noise and temperature changes
