Currently Orbico is looking for:

Group IT System Engineer

• Manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk tool, ensuring SLA compliance and high service quality.
• Integration of diverse systems, networks, and servers to achieve the overall aim of system integration using on-prem and Azure technologies
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and debugging system issues to increase the performance of on-prem and cloud platforms
• Test and validate system changes, enhancements, and fixes to ensure stability and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and process flows.
• Apply software and hardware integration best practices to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support infrastructure projects, system integrations, and operational improvements

Required competencies:

• Windows server 2019/2022/2025, Hyper-V, High Availability clusters, Office 365 platform and Azure
• Server hardware, management and administration
• Storage management and administration
• Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP,RDS
• Veeam backup platform
• System Center Tools: SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM
• Basic MS SQL administration
• Basics of scripting (Powershell, Bash)
• At least 3 years of experience in similar jobs
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced in English (both spoken and written)
• Knowledge in business processes is an advantage
