YOUR ROLE

Digital transformation is at the heart of CMA CGM Group’s strategy. Every day, our IT teams drive large-scale technology projects that support one of the world’s largest transport and logistics groups.

Embedded within the Information Systems Division, you actively contribute to the coordination and management of strategic IT projects with an international dimension.

Reporting to the IT Project Management Lead, your mission is to support the coordination of IT projects while ensuring deadlines, budgets and objectives are met.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As an IT Project Management Apprentice, at the heart of CMA CGM Group’s IT Division, your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Contribute to IT project management by tracking schedules, budgets and deliverables
  • Prepare and facilitate project committee meetings: write minutes, track actions and decisions
  • Identify and monitor project risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with business teams, vendors and technical teams to ensure effective project coordination
  • Contribute to the production of dashboards and reporting on the status of the IT project portfolio

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Required

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, MS Project or equivalent)
  • Strong organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage several projects simultaneously

Desirable

  • Experience in an internship or academic project related to project management or information systems
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Prince2 or PMP
  • Certification or training in project management: PMP, Prince2, PSM or equivalent
  • Interest in digital transformation, IT architecture or change management
