We’re looking for a Group IT EAM Product Analyst to join our New Zealand team and support the systems that help keep our assets, people and projects moving. Based in Christchurch and reporting to the Group IT EAM Product Manager, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact through system support, continuous improvement and strong customer service.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
As our Group IT EAM Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the administration, support and ongoing improvement of our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system across the Fulton Hogan New Zealand business. You’ll work closely with end users to troubleshoot issues, maintain system access, support work management processes, and help deliver practical solutions that meet business needs. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative environment, working in the wider water asset management squad, where you’ll combine technical knowledge, problem solving and customer focus to improve system performance, data integrity and user experience.
