In Business Assurance, we are committed to achieving excellence in quality and compliance. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role inmaintainingthe business health of the ROCKWOOL Group and ensuring adherence to our code of conduct. Your responsibilities will include managing our whistleblower hotline and driving the prevention,detectionand investigation of fraud through forensic investigations. You will alsoidentifyirregularities and corruption with support from the Business Assurance team and our Group Legal & Compliance team. Additionally, you willparticipatein projects designed to enhance your skills and support your career development.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be instrumental inensuringthe highest standards of business ethics are upheld. You will collaborate with Group Legal and Compliance to keep our organization well-informed and updated on integrity and related policies.
More specifically, you will:
Conduct investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption, bribery, theft, and other forms of misconduct
Plan investigations, gather and analyze evidence, including conducting interviews, reviewing documents, andutilizingdata analysis tools
Prepare comprehensive investigative reports that accurately and objectively document findings and conclusions that will be share with senior stakeholders
Follow up on agreed action plans with local management and Group Functions tomonitorprogress on implementation
Participate in the Group’s global compliance network
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Prepare reports to Audit Committee and Integrity Committee, including input for the annual report
Promote governing policies of the ROCKWOOL Group when visiting entities, educate,trainand share good practice and increase thecommon understandingof ROCKWOOL’s purpose and values
Manage stakeholder relationships –establishinga good cooperation with local compliance managers, worldwide subsidiaries management and Heads of Group Functions
Travel requirements:
Approximately 2-5business trips per year, lasting up to a week.
What you bring:
At least3years of experience within internal or external audit, compliance, forensic investigations, and/or risk management
Proven experience in conducting investigations, preferably in a corporate environment
Experience within BIG4 or other consultancy company would be a plus
MSc in business economics and auditing or similar relevant education
Experience in collecting data from the open sources, reviewing financial documents and summarizing findings afteranalysingmultiple information sources
The desire and ability to work with diverse cultures and interact across theorganisation
Goal-oriented attitude and the ability to deliver on time
Self-driven, capable of executing goals, and consistently delivering high-quality results within deadlines
Fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level) at a professional level; other language skills are preferred
