As a Program Counselor (DSP), you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting. You’ll help people live safe, fulfilling lives while building trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice.

Certification can be obtained after hire if not already certified

Our Mission In Action
Marrakech was founded over 50 years ago to support people with disabilities and has since evolved to serve more than 1,000 individuals with diverse needs across Connecticut each year. Our compassionate and inclusive team works with people with disabilities, youth transitioning to adulthood, and individuals facing addiction, homelessness, or mental illness, as well as others striving to build skills, find employment, or make ends meet. Through community living support, skill-building, family support, and personal empowerment, we help people move forward in their lives.
