We are looking for a Group Head of Tax to join the Team Your main Mission:
Leads global tax strategy, governance, and compliance for the Group, ensuring full regulatory adherence while optimizing the tax position across supply chains and cross-border operations, supporting growth, and protecting the company’s reputation. Your main responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the Group’s global tax strategy, advising senior leadership on tax implications and regulatory developments.
• Tax Governance & Risk Management: Ensure robust tax governance and full compliance across all jurisdictions, including risk management, audits, and transfer pricing.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee global tax operations and reporting, ensuring accurate filings and driving efficiency through process improvements and digitalization.
• Business Partnering: Partner with business functions to provide tax guidance on commercial initiatives, supply chain, and financing structures.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the tax team while managing external advisors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective support.

You bring:

• Advanced degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, or Law; relevant certifications preferred
• 10+ years’ experience in international industrial environments, ideally with Big4 or law firm background
• Strong expertise in international tax, transfer pricing, customs, and indirect taxes
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional tax environments in matrix organizations
• Excellent analytical, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination (preferred)
