Job Description

We are now looking for a Group Head of Support and Systems to lead our support function within Buying and Sourcing unit.

In this role, you are responsible for managing our IT systems, data and processes to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency for Buying and Sourcing unit.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and developing IT systems for Buying and Sourcing unit
• Maintaining and ensuring data quality as well as steering the ways of working in accordance to this responsibility
• Owning and developing key processes in Buying and Sourcing unit

In this role, you will report to Chief Sourcing and Buying Officer and you will be a member of the Buying and Sourcing Management Team.

You will also act as a supervisor for the Support Service Manager and System administration team, which are responsible for our product information management and act as system administrators for our key IT systems.

What do we expect from you?

• A relevant higher education degree and diverse work experience in retail
• Experience plus 5 years and proven track record working in a managerial job role
• Good understanding from the retail system landscape and key retail processes for category management, buying and sourcing
• Excellent project management skills: demonstrated experience in overseeing and executing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Self-direction, solution-oriented and results-driven working style
• Ability to demonstrate cultural awareness in international communication and engage with and lead people from different cultures according to Tokmanni Group’s strategy and values
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Finnish, knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage.

This position is located in Mäntsälä, Finland and hybrid work is possible according to Tokmanni Group´s policies. This position requires occasional travelling.
