FMCG Jobs is excited to be supporting a fast-growing, independent drinks business with the search for a Group Head of Operations Finance, a brand-new role that’s been created as the company scales.
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of operational finance across the group. From financial reporting and compliance through to product costings and process improvements, this role has real breadth and impact. You’ll be leading a capable team (mainly based near Bungay) and working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple sites to drive consistency, improve systems, and build a future-fit finance function.
