Rendeavour is seeking a results-driven Group Head of Digital Marketing to strengthen the company’s digital marketing leadership, capabilities, and performance management systems. This senior role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, focusing on innovation and AI enablement to drive measurable growth across all markets. The position requires both strategic vision and operational excellence. The Head of Digital Marketing will lead strategy development, prioritization, capability building, governance, and cross-market alignment. Acting as the primary liaison with the external digital agency, this person will take full ownership of the strategic direction, planning, execution, and performance optimization of digital campaigns across all Rendeavour markets. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, analytical rigor, project management excellence, and leadership acumen-capable of guiding internal and external teams toward outstanding business results.
