We are seeking an experienced and visionary Group Head of Data Management & Intelligence to lead the global HR data strategy, governance, analytics and reporting agenda across the organization.

In this strategic leadership role, you will shape the future of HR data management, drive data-informed decision making, and build a high-performing global capability delivering workforce intelligence, advanced analytics and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Working closely with HR, Finance, IT and business stakeholders, you will ensure HR data is managed as a trusted strategic asset that supports business growth, transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Governance

• Define and execute the global HR Data Management & Intelligence strategy aligned with business and people priorities.
• Establish and maintain enterprise-wide HR data governance frameworks, policies and standards.
• Partner with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders to evolve HR data architecture, ensuring scalability, compliance and interoperability.

Data Management & Quality

• Lead global HR master data management processes across HR systems and platforms.
• Establish data quality standards, monitoring processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive harmonization of HR data standards, definitions and governance practices across the organization.

HR Intelligence & Analytics

• Build and lead a global HR analytics capability delivering workforce insights and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with business and HR leaders to identify opportunities supporting workforce planning, talent management and organizational effectiveness.
• Promote a data-driven culture that enables informed decision making across the organization.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Oversee the development and delivery of global HR reporting, KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Ensure accurate, timely and consistent reporting for governance, compliance and business needs.
• Drive the evolution of reporting capabilities through advanced analytics, self-service reporting and data visualization solutions.

Technology & Innovation

• Collaborate with Digital and IT teams to optimize HR technology platforms and data ecosystems.
• Evaluate and implement innovative analytics, reporting and data management solutions.
• Champion innovation in HR data, analytics and automation technologies.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead global teams spanning Data Management, Data Quality, Reporting and Analytics.
• Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, Finance, IT and business leaders.
• Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for data-driven decision making across the organization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in HR Data Management, HR Analytics, HRIS or related leadership roles within a global organization.
• Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with leading HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar solutions.
• Proven experience building and implementing enterprise-wide data governance models.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data quality management and reporting frameworks.
• Expertise in BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of global data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Digital fluency and passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience leading international and geographically dispersed teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
