Working closely with the Head of Group FP&A, this role will take part in the preparation of financial reporting to the KWS Executive and Board, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of accuracy and insightfulness. Under the direction of the Head of Group FP&A, the role will also assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgeting, long range planning and near term forecasting processes, ensuring that stretching but achievable targets are developed and embedded across the organization. The role will assist in the preparation of KPIs/KLIs, financial models and strategic analysis to support decision making by KWS Executives and PE investors. The role will work alongside other Finance team members to help ensure that Group and Divisional reporting and planning is standardized and automated and be a strong advocate for our Finance Excellence vision to be trusted business partners that champion growth, create value and manage risk.

This is an intermediate level role in the organization that requires a capable Senior Finance Analyst with relevant experience in assisting the delivery of Global FP&A planning and reporting processes in organizations that are fast moving and need attention to decisions on contract pricing and margins. The role is expected to have strong financial modeling and analysis skills and ability to present results and commentary that is highly visual and insightful.
