Group Fitness Instructor – Retro Fitness Cambridge Pay: $30–$40 per class, plus bonus incentives for larger class enrollment

We're looking for a Group Fitness Instructor who can run a class that people actually look forward to; great playlist, killer form cues, and a vibe that keeps them coming back. Whether you're teaching HIIT, cycle, strength, yoga or pilates, we want someone who makes the hour count.

Schedule: Mornings / Evenings / Weekends - we are flexible!

What You'll Do:

• Show up on time, every time, and run a tight class start to finish
• Deliver real warm-ups, real work, real cool-downs, safe and effective, no shortcuts
• Coach proper form so members get results without getting hurt
• Curate the music and equipment to match the format and energy
• Make the room feel like a place people want to be
• Give members a nudge toward our PT and retail programs when it fits naturally
• Build a following, engage members, take feedback, keep the momentum going

What You Bring:

• Nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, etc.) - required
• CPR/AED certified - or willingness to get certified.
• Active professional liability insurance
• Group instruction experience under your belt
• The kind of energy that motivates a beginner and a gym rat in the same class
