Our Fitness Trainers work one on one or with groups of clients to deliver a range of programs to suit the individual's needs and outcomes whether this is achieving high performance fitness goals, introducing exercise into their daily lives or working with the support of our clinical team to achieve exercise rehabilitation goals.
Our program ranges from leading group exercise classes for running, weights, cardio, boxing, indoor cycling sessions and reformer pilates, to delivering one on one personal training programs. Our team has access to specialised equipment to support exercise and therapy, and develop strength, balance and prevent injury.

This role requires someone with consistent availability and an ability to work across various patterns within and outside standard working hours, as this role can have atypical working hours with peak times generally between 6am-10am and 3pm-7pm daily including weekends.
Our current focus is on Fitness Trainers who can demonstrate versatility in the types of programs and classes they are able to deliver – including boxing, indoor cycling, strength and cardio training, stretching, pilates. A broad interest in and exposure to different styles of training, along with a willingness to learn, would make you a valued addition to our team!
