An exclusive, luxury lifestyle and wellness destination in Kuwait is seeking experienced Full-Time Group Exercise Instructors to join its elite fitness team. This multi-level wellness hub offers state-of-the-art fitness facilities, reformer Pilates studios, advanced recovery therapies, and a diverse group training timetable.

The Group Exercise Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and safe group fitness classes that align with the club’s premium standards. This role suits a professional, energetic, and member-focused instructor who is passionate about fitness, thrives in a luxury environment, and values continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured, results-driven group fitness classes in line with approved programs and schedules
- Ensure participant safety through correct instruction, supervision, and technique correction
- Adapt sessions to suit different fitness levels, abilities, and individual needs
- Manage class dynamics to maintain high energy, motivation, and engagement
- Prepare studios and equipment before classes and ensure proper cleaning afterward
- Maintain accurate records of class attendance, member feedback, and progress
- Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and satisfaction
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and service delivery at all times
- Immediately report incidents, injuries, or member concerns to management
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and member engagement activities
- Participate in internal training, workshops, and ongoing professional development
- Comply with all club policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures
Class Experience Required
Candidates must have experience delivering a variety of group fitness programs, for example:
* Stick Mobility
* Overhead Strength & Conditioning Classes
* Group Footwork / Cardio & Agility Sessions
* Barre
* HYROX Functional Performance
* Burn / High-Energy Fat-Burning Classes
* Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Programs
Candidate Requirements:
- Internationally recognised Group Fitness Instructor certification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching group fitness classes in a gym, studio, or health club
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
- Professional-level English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
- Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performance team
- Flexible, adaptable, and confident handling high-demand schedules

Working Schedule
- Club operating hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (open daily)
- 4 classes per day, 6 days per week
- Additional classes may be assigned based on schedule and demand
- Shift structure depends on class timetable and operational needs
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: KWD 650 per month
- Class Rate: KWD 15 per class (after completion of scheduled classes)
- PT Commission:
During probation: 60/40 or 70/30 (Club/Instructor)
Post-probation: Maximum club share applies
- Visa sponsorship provided
- International relocation flights provided
- Annual return flight to home country
- 30 days paid annual leave
- Accommodation provided for up to 2–3 months (for international hires)
- Public holidays and sick leave as per Kuwait Labour Law
- Uniform t-shirts provided
- Potential education support or competition sponsorship after one year (subject to approval)
