The Quincy Kroc Center is looking for dynamic and energetic Group Fitness Instructors to lead aquatic group fitness classes that challenge, motivate, and transform lives. If you have the skills, enthusiasm, and heart for making a difference, we want to hear from you!
Aquatics Classes:
Monday and Wednesday at 8am
Aqua Fit: A medium-intensity combination of all our aqua fitness classes. It’s a great mix of moves for a workout that combines cardio, toning, flexibility and strength training. Various training equipment is provided and will vary based on class format and instructor.
Friday at 8am
Aqua Blast: Join an instructor on a resistance walk or jog through our Current River. A fun way to increase mobility, balance, strength and cardio endurance. Perfect for those with limited mobility.
