The primary role is to achieve Terrebonne General's mission of the Healthy Lifestyles Center through the development of programs, hands on coaching, and building relationships that are consistent with the facility's mission and goals. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, integrating and controlling the activities and workouts groups. Will lead groups through programs developed and written specifically for that population. Will help develop and maintain the skills needed to adopt a healthy lifestyle, including healthy eating and promotion of physical activity. They will develop support by providing information, encouraging progress, and working with the group to address any challenges or barriers that arise.

Terrebonne General is a public, non-profit health care system consisting of a 321 licensed bed acute care facility complete with a range of services such as a Women’s Center, cancer care services, an outpatient surgery center, diagnostic imaging services, Women’s Diagnostic and Breast Imaging Center, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and emergency care services.
Terrebonne General takes pride in being the largest community-based hospital in the tri-parish area of Terrebonne, Lafourche and St. Mary parishes.
