Job Description

Benefits:

  • Employee discounts
  • Flexible schedule

We’re looking for a high-energy, charismatic Dance Fitness Instructor who knows how to turn a workout into a PARTY.

This is not Zumba. We’re looking for a fresh, high-energy dance format that blends cardio, easy-to-follow choreography, current music, and a little hip-hop flavor into one seriously fun workout.

Think less “exercise class” and more dance floor energy.

The right instructor knows how to command a room, connect with members, crank up the energy, and make people forget they’re even working out.

What We’re Looking For

  • High-energy, outgoing personality with a strong presence in front of a group
  • Dance or group fitness experience
  • Comfortable teaching upbeat, dance-based cardio choreography
  • Ability to incorporate hip-hop-inspired movement while keeping choreography accessible to different fitness and dance levels
  • Strong musicality and ability to move with the beat
  • Current, fun playlists that make people want to MOVE
  • Ability to teach choreography clearly without constantly stopping the class
  • Comfortable engaging, motivating, and interacting with members
  • Able to create an inclusive atmosphere where experienced dancers and complete beginners can have fun together
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to building a following

The Vibe

We want ENERGY.

Dance. Sweat. Music. Personality. Fun.

Members should leave class sweaty, smiling, and already talking about coming back for the next one.

You don't need to create complicated choreography to impress the room. You need to create an experience that makes the room want to DANCE.

If you can bring the music, movement, personality, and party atmosphere, we want to meet you.

Dance fitness or group fitness certification preferred. CPR/AED certification required or must be obtained within the required timeframe.
