We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Group Financial Reporting Associate to join our Finance Department at our offices located in Elefsina.

As a Group Financial Reporting Associate you will be responsible for supporting the annually and mi-year reporting process and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update IFRS-compliant accounting records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
• Prepare financial reporting files and supporting documentation.
• Review and control trial balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform reconciliations between accounting subsystems and the general ledger/trial balances, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the Group.
• Review financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable IFRS accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of local GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Previous experience with accounting software and/or ERP systems will be considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and analytical ability.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree in related field will be considered an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial, Management reporting or related role.
