What you'll be doing:

  • Turning complex financial data into clear insight that drives action

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence performance and strategy

  • Leading budgeting and forecasting across a dynamic global business

  • Building robust financial models that support decision making and investment

  • Delivering scenario analysis to guide pricing, growth and cost decisions

  • Enhancing reporting through automation, smarter systems and AI tools

  • Supporting board and investor reporting with clear and compelling storytelling

  • Playing a key role in building and shaping the FP and A function as it evolves

Who we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in FP and A or commercial finance within a fast growth environment

  • Confidence working across multiple entities and currencies

  • Advanced modelling skills and a sharp commercial mindset

  • Experience using AI tools to improve analysis and efficiency

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively

  • Clear communicator who brings numbers to life

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership in a changing environment
