The Group Financial Controller will play a critical leadership role within the finance team, responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial controls across the Group. The role will ensure best-in-class financial governance, support private equity reporting requirements, and provide robust financial insights to drive business performance.
The Group Financial Controller will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the Group’s financial reporting and compliance. This position is responsible for consolidating financial results across multiple entities, maintaining compliance with tax and other country regulations, preparing statutory accounts, supporting statutory audits, and contributing to the improvement of group-wide financial processes and controls.
Working closely with the CFO, executive leadership team, and private equity stakeholders, the role will be instrumental in supporting strategic initiatives including acquisitions, international growth, and potential future exit events. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment and enjoys building structure, discipline, and insight in a scaling international business.
