
Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) plays a critical role in operationalizing Microsoft's mission, driving digital transformation with our commercial customers. Our Microsoft consulting and support business play a pivotal role and help deploying mission critical workloads across our Federal customers, and deliver world class support.
This Individual contributor position, based in our Microsoft Federal team, supports the local sales go to market and operating unit. This unique and exciting role will be responsible for driving deep business insight to influence decision making that drives near-term revenue and scorecard accountability, optimization and long-term sustainability. The role will have a blend of rhythm of the business (RoB) activities, as well as analytics and white space projects. Building a healthy culture with your team, becoming a trusted advisor with your business partners and senior leaders. The role will require disciplined time management, driving for results and creativity in problem solving are critical attributes for success in this role. Collaborative skills are also key, as there is frequent communication and coordination with finance communities across the US subsidiary, Corporate/HQ and Engineering to scale insights and ensure broader success. Financial Analysis IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
