YOUR ROLE
You are responsible for the overall performance of workplace environments, service continuity of infrastructure, and the quality of services delivered to users across all Paris sites.
You ensure a high level of satisfaction for both shareholders and employees, while playing a key role in structuring the Global Administration & Facility Management Department.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
1. Management of the Quadrans site – Paris 15th (P1)
Oversee the overall operations of a 30,000 sqm site. Ensure continuity, reliability, and safety of infrastructure. Manage an internal team of 4 people and supervise external providers (technical maintenance, reception, cleaning, corporate catering, and occupant safety).
2. Supervision of Paris sites (P2)
Supervise site managers across Paris locations. Harmonize Facility Management standards, ensure process consistency, and maintain a high and uniform level of service quality. Develop synergies with the Security and HSSE departments.
3. Shareholder & employee satisfaction
Ensure a high level of workplace satisfaction at the main site (P1) and across French sites (P2). Implement performance indicators, anticipate needs, and handle sensitive situations.
4. Structuring the Administration & FM Department
Structure, professionalize, and strengthen the capabilities of the Administration & Facility Management Department across Paris sites to meet strategic challenges and projects.
5. Fit-out projects
Actively contribute to the success of Quadrans’ fit-out projects in collaboration with project teams, IT, and end users.
6. Innovation, digitalization & AI
Enhance team capabilities in artificial intelligence to optimize Facility Management operations and automate repetitive administrative tasks.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Higher education degree with proven experience managing complex office sites. Strong expertise in multi-service Facility Management, team leadership, and contractor management. Strong affinity for technical environments and budget management (OPEX: €20M/year).
Strong leadership, service mindset, rigor, strategic vision, and operational excellence. Excellent communication skills and ability to drive change. High resilience and ability to perform under pressure
