What You'll Do

  • Plan and lead daytime therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for PHP/IOP clients, following the program's curriculum and treatment approach.

  • Support clients in applying coping, communication, and recovery skills during sessions, and monitor group dynamics, escalating concerns to clinical leadership as needed.

  • Document group attendance, participation, and clinical observations in the EMR in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with primary counselors and the clinical supervisor on treatment planning and clinical staffing.

  • Maintain a safe, organized group room environment.

  • Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing training as required by Wisconsin certification standards.
