This role supports therapists and case managers by contributing to clinical assessments, group facilitation, treatment planning, documentation, and continuity of care in a structured, patient-centered treatment environment.
The Group Facilitator position plays a role in maintaining clinical operations, supporting patient engagement, and ensuring timely, compliant documentation while collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
