About the Role

As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will lead engaging and effective classes in a fun, motivating environment. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading a variety of fitness classes such as Strength Training, Muscle Conditioning, Cardio HIIT, Barre, Pilates, Aqua Exercise, and more.

  • Educating members on proper form, technique, and modifications to ensure safety and success.

  • Inspiring participants through enthusiastic instruction and active demonstrations.

  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages member retention and engagement.

As a Personal Trainer, you will:

  • Design personalized training programs to meet individual fitness goals.

  • Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and overall wellness.

  • Motivate and support members on their fitness journey, ensuring progress and success.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this position, you should:

  • Have experience as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, or both.

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively with a diverse population.

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of fitness training, exercise principles, and techniques in your area of expertise.

  • Be passionate about fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive fitness environment.
