WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Group Disposal Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Germany (Frankfurt).

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Own and coordinate P3's disposal activities across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with the CIO and local business teams.
• Lead/ support the execution of asset and portfolio disposals from initial strategy and transaction preparation through to signing and closing.
• Act as the central coordinator of disposal processes across the Group, ensuring alignment between local teams, advisors, and decision-making bodies.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuations, disposal memoranda, and transaction analyses to support disposal recommendations and execution with the local teams and country MD’s
• Manage end-to-end disposal transactions, including transaction structuring, marketing processes, investor engagement, negotiations, due diligence, stakeholder management and closing activities.
• Lead negotiations on behalf of P3 in relation to non-binding offers, heads of terms, letters of intent, sale and purchase agreements, and other transaction documentation.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders including country management, investment, asset management, development, finance and legal teams to ensure efficient execution of disposal transactions.
• Manage external advisors, brokers, and other transaction parties throughout the disposal process.

• Prepare and present disposal recommendations, transaction updates and approval materials to the Investment Committee and senior management.

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and advisors to support the successful execution of disposal opportunities.

• Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities to maximize value through proactive disposal planning and portfolio optimization.

• Gathering market intelligence on disposal comparables.

• Supporting local Asset Plans with recent comparables.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• Deal leadership — must have closed transactions solo, not just supported them. SPA negotiations, signing, closing — with their name on it.
• Cross-border coordination — comfortable managing local MDs, advisors and internal teams across multiple countries simultaneously without losing the thread.
• Financial modelling depth — able to build and challenge valuations themselves, not just commission them. Must survive IC scrutiny unaided.
• Live market intelligence — knows disposal comparables across key European logistics markets as a habit, not when asked.
• Stakeholder range — can brief a CIO, negotiate with a buyer and align a country team in the same day without dropping a register.
