At Kanadevia Inova, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of waste-to-X technology. We are not just waste managers; we are creators of value from what communities discard. Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Director Enterprise Applications to lead and further develop Kanadevia Inova’s enterprise application landscape.

  • Drive business process standardization and harmonization together with Business Process Owners and key stakeholders.
  • Establish strong application portfolio governance, lifecycle management and clear ownership across the organization.
  • Ensure reliable, secure and efficient operation of business-critical applications with clear SLAs, KPIs and service accountability.
  • Lead major application transformation, modernization and rationalization initiatives, including the reduction of legacy solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between Business Units, Digital Partners and Group IT & Digital Services, ensuring investments are aligned with business priorities and value.
  • Bring significant leadership experience in ERP / Enterprise Applications within complex, international organizations, ideally in an industrial or project-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate a pragmatic, collaborative and value-oriented leadership style with strong executive stakeholder management, transformation and change capabilities.

The position offers the opportunity to shape a critical part of Kanadevia Inova’s IT & Digital transformation and to build a scalable, standardized and business-focused enterprise application landscape for the future.

Qualifications

  • University degree or higher vocational education in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP leadership, business applications management or large-scale application transformation.
  • Proven leadership in ERP strategy and rollout, application portfolio management, application modernisation and rationalisation, or cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Track record of leading large, complex application landscapes in an international, matrixed, multi-entity environment, including managing a team.
