At Intuit, our mission is to power prosperity for small businesses and accounting firms around the world. Behind every small business that grows is a set of books that's accurate, current, and understood, along with a trusted accountant who helps make sense of it all. Yet for millions of businesses, bookkeeping falls behind, financial clarity stays out of reach, and the expert help they need is hard to access or afford.
QuickBooks Live and ProPartner are changing that, combining Intuit Intelligence, a network of human experts, a one-of-a-kind loyalty network, and the accounting profession itself into services that keep books clean, decisions clear, and businesses moving forward. We will accomplish all of this by delivering our services through the people small businesses already trust: their accountants and firms.
We're looking for a Group Design Manager to lead Product Design for QuickBooks Live & ProPartner. You'll be the design counterpart to Product and Engineering leadership, shaping the experience strategy for one of Intuit's most important bets in services and the accountant ecosystem.
The portfolio spans QuickBooks Live expert services, the ProPartner and loyalty program, and the co-serve experiences that connect firms to their clients through the Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS).
Your mandate is bigger than designing individual services. You'll help evolve QuickBooks Live and ProPartner into a connected co-serve platform. One that helps small businesses grow and succeed by orchestrating the full power of Intuit's ecosystem: accountants (customers in their own right, served through IAS), our expert network (QuickBooks Live), and our partner program (ProPartner), delivering an outcome no competitor can match.
This is a role for a design leader who operates across strategy, systems, and craft, and who knows how to make experiences involving real money, human expertise, and a delicate relationship between Intuit, accountants, and small businesses feel remarkably clear, trustworthy, and human.
Shape the co-serve experience
Define AI-native service experiences
Raise the craft bar
Build an exceptional design team
Why this role matters
Small businesses already trust Intuit with the heart of how they run: their books, their payments, their payroll. And accountants trust Intuit as the platform they build their practices on. That creates a rare opportunity: to bring small businesses and the accounting profession together in a way no one else can.
QuickBooks Live and ProPartner are how we do it, pairing Intuit's AI with real human experts and the firm's customers already rely on. But realizing that opportunity takes more than good services. It takes exceptional design. This role will define these experiences across QuickBooks and IAS, connecting product strategy, human expertise, and world-class craft into experiences that help small businesses grow, and help accountants grow with them.
