YOUR ROLE

Under the supervision of your internship supervisor, you will actively contribute to monitoring the performance of Account Receivables (“AR”) Collection within the Shipping scope, with the constant aim of accelerating AR Collection. You will also assist in optimizing the management of the portfolio of credit customers, by ensuring that credit terms are appropriately granted.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Monitoring recovery performance:
    • Analyze performance indicators related to AR Collection
    • Identify delays and bottlenecks in the recovery processes at regional office levels
    • Propose corrective actions to accelerate the AR Collection
  • Managing the credit portfolio:
    • Assist in analyzing client solvency to determine their eligibility for credit terms
    • Participate in the definition of credit limits and conditions tailored to each client
    • Monitor high-risk clients and propose actions to mitigate potential financial losses
  • Improving processes:
    • Suggest solutions to optimize Collection tools and processes
    • Contribute to the creation of dashboards for monitoring portfolio performance

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are pursuing a Master’s degree (1st or 2nd year) in Finance, Management, Accounting, or Business
  • You have a strong interest in financial risk management, receivables recovery, and client relationship management
  • You are proficient with IT tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and management software
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • You are rigorous, organized, and have strong analytical skills
  • Your interpersonal and writing skills are highly recognized
