The Group Creative Director leads the development and creation of work across multiple channels, including print, digital, social and mobile, for a portfolio of clients. Creative deliverables may include but are not limited to articles, thought leadership content, visual storytelling, social media, video, podcasts and email campaigns. This role reports to the Chief Creative Officer and is accountable to senior P&L owners and clients for the quality, effectiveness and success of all creative work. This role also leads the effort to resource and fulfill creative visions through collaboration with the client, in-house team members and freelancers, creating calendars, and advising on processes, workflows and content plans against an evolving client content strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, graphic design, English, interactive media or related field.
Experience:
10 years senior-level content development across multiple channels including print, digital, social and mobile. This position requires experience – and proven success – with client-based, branded content-style publishing; content marketing strategy required.
